You must be the rightful owner of the supplies or have explicit permission from the owner to sell them.

3. Legal Compliance

4. Prohibited Supplies

You may not sell supplies that are prohibited for sale in the U.S., have liquid damage, have been tampered with, are improperly stored per manufacturer specifications, or have been altered.

5. Handling of Unaccepted Supplies

If your supplies do not meet our criteria or are not accepted by us, they may be discounted, returned, discarded, or donated.

6. Payment

If your supplies meet all the specified conditions, we will disperse payment the same day by cash or payment app

7. Prescription Labels

We will remove prescription labels from your supplies before redistribution. We use heat guns which darkens your personal information and we shred it as well 

8. Insurance and Government Plans

You may not intentionally acquire supplies through insurance for the purpose of selling them to us, nor sell products paid for by government-sponsored plans such as Medicare/Medicaid.

9. Transfer of Rights

By selling your supplies to us, you agree to transfer all right, title, and interest in the supplies to

10. Fair Market Value

We do not guarantee that the value assigned to your items is equivalent to fair market value.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions may change without prior notification. It is your responsibility to review them on our website here each time you sell your diabetic supplies to us.

12. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

13. First time seller incentive 

First-time sellers are eligible for a $20 incentive only when selling diabetic supplies to us that are valued at $75 or more, as determined by our pricing.
